2. Information Collection

We collect data solely for the purpose of processing your orders, facilitating payments via Stripe, and delivering your project files. This includes contact information, project specifications, and 3D scan data provided by you.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

To ensure project redundancy and quality assurance, project files (including 3D Scans, Photos, and Blueprints) are retained for 90 days after delivery.

After this period, all client-submitted files are permanently deleted from our secure servers.

Your Rights: Users may request data deletion at any time prior to the automatic expiration by emailing our support team.

4. Data Usage & Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your 3D data, project files, or personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with trusted partners who assist us in operating our website and conducting our business, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
