1. Authorization Hold vs. Charges
An authorization hold is placed on your card based on the estimated project size (or a minimum security amount of $41.00). This is not a final charge. The final charge is captured only after delivery, adjusted to the exact square footage of the completed work. If the final price is lower than the hold, the difference is released immediately.
2. Cancellation Policy
Before Work Begins: If you cancel your order before our technical team has started drafting or processing your data, you are entitled to a full refund (release of authorization hold).
After Work Begins: Once technical production has commenced, no refunds can be issued due to the custom nature of digital deliverables and the labor invested.
3. Revisions
We strive for accuracy and satisfaction. 1 Free Revision included with every order, provided the request is made within 7 days of the initial delivery. Additional revisions or changes to the scope of work may incur extra charges as outlined in our Terms of Service.
4. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with the final deliverables after the revision process, please contact our support team to discuss a resolution. Refunds for completed work are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
