Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Elevra provides specialized technical drafting services, delivering Technical Plans in .SKX (Xactimate), .ESX (Symbility), and PDF formats. Our services are strictly limited to the conversion of 3D scan data into these technical formats for insurance and estimation purposes.

Disclaimer: The services provided by Elevra are delivered "as-is" for reference and drafting purposes only.Elevra is not a licensed engineering or architectural firm. All drawings, models, and sketches must be verified by a licensed professional in your local jurisdiction before use in construction or permitting.

2. Payment & Authorization Holds

All transactions are processed in USD. To ensure payment security, we utilize a pre-authorization system:

• A temporary authorization hold of 100% of the estimated amount (or a minimum of $41.00) is placed on your card at checkout.
• This is not a final charge.
• The final capture of funds occurs only upon delivery of the project, adjusted to the exact square footage of the processed property.
• If the final cost is lower than the hold, the difference is released immediately.

We utilize secure third-party payment processors (Stripe) for all transactions.

3. Revision Policy

We are committed to accuracy. 1 Free Revision included with every order, provided the request is made within 7 days of delivery. Revisions are strictly limited to corrections within the originally scanned area.

Additional revisions beyond the first free round are subject to a base fee of $25.00 plus adjustments based on complexity.

4. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, USA.
